AI automation agency · Malta
Your business, written down so AI can run it.
Plaios builds AI operating systems for small businesses: a workspace where the AI already knows your company, reaches your tools and records the work. Then the automations on top.

The problem
AI is in the building. It just doesn't know where it works.
You re-explain the business every morning
Every chat starts from zero. Who you are, what you sell, how you write. Twenty minutes of context before the first useful answer, and it's gone by tomorrow.
Twelve tabs to answer one question
The answer is somewhere between the inbox, the calendar, the CRM and a spreadsheet. The AI can't see any of them, so you become the integration.
Admin that's still done by hand
Follow-ups, weekly content, the Friday report, the same client questions. Repeated work that a system should carry, done again each week by the person who's most expensive.
Watch it
A fresh session, no explaining, and it already knows the business.
Sixty seconds. The workspace starts cold, loads its context, and answers a question you'd normally have to brief someone on.
/prime · loads context · answers from it
What we build
Two things. The foundation, and what runs on it.
AI operating system
The business, in the AI's head, every session
Your company written down as context. Your tools connected. A work record that writes itself. Research tools that read any site or video. And a daily rhythm the whole team follows without thinking about it.
- Delivered with you over about two weeks of sessions
- Runs on your own Claude plan, no Plaios subscription
- It's a folder you keep. You own all of it
Automations
Repeated work, carried by a system
Custom pipelines built on the OS or on their own. Weekly content that researches, writes, designs and queues itself for approval. Follow-ups drafted from your own notes. Reports assembled while you sleep.
- One workflow is a good first project
- A human approves anything public
- Fixed written quote before the build starts
Case study
A physio practice that plans and drafts a week of content in one sitting
Structure & Self is physiotherapy and manual therapy practice at Beyond Health, Naxxar, Malta. One practitioner, a full diary, and an Instagram account that needed six posts a week.
Plaios built a weekly content system: a fixed pillar rotation from Monday to Saturday, a topic bank that tops itself up from the web, captions and carousel designs in the practice's own palette and photo style, and a Telegram bot where the owner approves each post from her phone. Approved posts schedule through Buffer to Instagram and Facebook.
Every post passes a clinical-safety check automatically: hedged language, no numeric thresholds, no diagnosis claims, and an individual-assessment note. That rule isn't a reminder, it's built in.

How it works
Four steps, and you talk through all of them
01
Demo
Twenty minutes. You ask a question about a business, and a workspace that has never seen it before answers from context alone.
02
Business interview
About forty minutes of you talking. Documents, links, the things only you know. It gets written down in a form the AI reads automatically.
03
Build
Your tools get connected, research capability goes in, and the work record starts. Done with you over roughly two weeks of sessions.
04
Handover and rhythm
You keep the folder. A start-of-session and end-of-session rhythm keeps it alive, and the workspace explains itself when you're unsure.
Who builds it
A senior engineer, not a prompt shop

I'm Brandon, a senior software developer based in Malta. My background is banking and fintech systems, the kind where integrations have to work every time. I build Plaios projects myself, which means real connections to your tools, real databases and real apps when a workflow needs one, not a chatbot with a nice logo.
The other half of my work is AI image and video production, so what gets built looks as good as it runs.

Questions
The things people ask before booking
What is an AI operating system?
A folder on your computer that the AI reads at the start of every session. It holds your business written down (what you sell, who to, how you work, who does what), connects to the tools you already use, and keeps a record of the work as it happens. So the AI knows your company on day one of every conversation, and it can act, not just answer.
How is that different from ChatGPT?
ChatGPT forgets your business every morning, so you re-explain it every time. An AI OS carries the context, the tools and the history between sessions. You can still use whichever model you like inside it.
Do I need to be technical?
No. You talk, the workspace operates. Files, keys, tools and the technical plumbing are handled for you. If you can describe what you want in plain words, you can run it.
What does it cost?
It's scoped after a 20-minute demo, and you get a fixed written quote before any work starts. There's no subscription to Plaios: the workspace runs on your own Claude plan.
How long does an AI OS build take?
About two weeks, in sessions we do together. The first session gets your business written down and proves the workspace knows it. The rest connects your tools, adds research capability and sets the daily rhythm.
Which tools can it connect to?
Gmail, Google Calendar and Drive, Slack, HubSpot, Stripe, Notion, Linear, Google Sheets and most mainstream SaaS through built-in connectors. For a niche or local platform with no connector, we build the integration.
Where does my data live?
On your machine, in your folder. Nothing is copied to Plaios. Anything you mark private stays on that computer and never syncs. Model calls go to the AI provider under your own account and their terms.
What happens after handover?
You keep the folder and everything in it. There's a written guide inside the workspace, and the workspace itself answers questions about how to use it. Follow-on automations are scoped as separate builds if you want them.
Can it run automations, not just answer questions?
Yes. Once the OS exists, repeated work becomes a skill it runs on request or on a schedule: weekly content, follow-up drafts, reporting, research. The Structure & Self content system is one example.
Do you work outside Malta?
Yes, across Europe, remotely. Malta gets the in-person option.
